

Hi! I’m Chef Ash Jeeves—though most know me simply as Chef Jeeves. My culinary journey began in 2017, when a homesick New Yorker in Los Angeles sought solace in familiar flavors. What started as a personal pursuit quickly blossomed into a calling. Los Angeles not only healed my nostalgia—it redefined my relationship with food, transforming a passion into a profession.

Since then, I’ve earned a Culinary Arts degree from the Institute of Culinary Education, managed front-of-house operations at an amazing west side restaurant, and lived a chef’s dream working for a culinary school in the heart of Tuscany. Upon returning to LA, I launched a private cheffing career that has flourished beyond my wildest dreams.

Today, my work spans private and company cheffing, recipe and menu development, restaurant consulting, food photography, personal shopping, wedding cake design, kitchen and pantry organization, small-scale catering, craft beer creation, and cookbook development. My clientele includes some of the most distinguished figures and businesses across Los Angeles and New York—celebrities, athletes, and industry leaders who trust me with their most meaningful meals.

As I embrace the journey of new motherhood, my culinary creativity continues to evolve. A recent passion project—A Beer Tale Brewing Company, co-founded with my cicerone fiancé Lee Roy—has allowed me to explore chef-driven craft beers, blending culinary artistry with brewing innovation. From signature flavors to custom beer commissions for weddings and private events, we approach every bottle with the same integrity and imagination I bring to the table.

My cooking style is best described as New York comfort meets Southern California farmers market: bold, fresh, and joyfully unexpected.
